Accessibility

To accommodate attendees with disabilities, we are committed to providing accessible facilities and services. The festival grounds will feature flat surfaces that are wheelchair-friendly, and we will ensure that all necessary rails and barrier-free facilities are in place. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone can fully enjoy the festivities without barriers.

Weather guide

Hot air balloons showcase is weather-dependent. We will closely monitor the weather leading up to and through the event. The Hong Kong Observatory serves as our primary resource for reliable weather updates, and we will set up wind socks on-site to provide real-time assessments of wind conditions.

In the case of typhoons, heavy rain, strong winds, or other weather conditions considered unstable, we reserve the right to delay, reschedule, cancel sessions, or adjust elements of the balloon festival.  Changes to the event will be announced on our Facebook, official website, Instagram, and at the event venue. Follow us on social media and check out our websites for updates.

Even with less-than-ideal hot air balloon weather, you can still enjoy our other offerings, such as the concerts at the main stage, lively carnival fun, and delicious gourmet food.
